Visa Fees

TThe visa fee for the applicable visa type is listed in the table below. The fee mentioned is applicable per applicant.

VFS Service charge:

Applicants will be charged Rs.640 (inclusive of taxes) per application. VFS logistic fees are payable in cash.

Please Note:

• The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice
  
  
• The visa fee for applicants applying in North India is payable by a bank draft in favor of. “The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, New Delhi”.
  
  
• There is an optional courier facility available at Rs.250 (inclusive of taxes) per passport.
  
  
• VFS Charges (Logistics, courier, bank handling) are non-refundable.
  
  
• Alternate option for payment of visa fees is available at the centre at a service charge of Rs.56 (inclusive of taxes) per application.
  
  
• A VFS logistic fee of Rs.347 (inclusive of taxes) will be charged per application for submission of passport for National Visa issuance. This service is only available at VFS Germany Centre, New Delhi.

Note: Exemption of visa fee for a child is only applicable in the case of Short Term category, if the child's age is less than 6 years.
